TheFork is the reference in Europe for restaurant search and booking as well as booking management for restaurants. The TripAdvisor booking engine is LaFourchette. The service is present in 12 countries and has nearly 1,000 employees.

My work in LaFourchette : Head of UX ( product design )

Complete redesign B2B & B2B

Evangelization in UX to work in omnichannel vision B2B and B2C team

UX redesign of checkout system to increase the conversion rate on checkout ==> huge results + 30% in mobile & desktop

Work with TripAdvisor team in Boston to integrate the checkout system of LaFourchette in TripAdvisor app & web.

Create guidelines for interviews & user tests for other countries to study different culture and optimize the product.

Work with CRM to optimize answer on products.

Build metrics to track pains in users flows.

Help Engineers to build tickets for Jira.

My work in Skapa: Regional Manager | Service & Product Designer

I manage the new Marseille office of Skapa.


Skapa is one of the first agencies in France to use Design Thinking methods and adapt them to each organization. Skapa facilitates the transformation of organizations, through the collaborative design of new business models oriented towards services.

I work with local actors on the PACA territory. Instigate a dynamic of design and innovation to design remarkable and sustainable global experiences. Accelerate processes and create digital products / services through user-centric collaborative approaches: Design thinking (sprint), Lego Serious Play to design and communicate operational solutions.
